About Chef Sutter

First and foremost, I give all glory to Jesus Christ without Him, there is no me, no journey, and no gift to share. My love for cooking is deeply rooted in faith, and every dish I prepare is an expression of gratitude, service, and love. Cooking is not only my profession but my ministry, a way to nourish the body while uplifting the soul.

My passion began in my mother’s and grandmother’s kitchens, where I learned that food was more than recipes it was about care, connection, and love. Watching them create meals with heart sparked a passion in me that has now been growing for over 20 years. Though I have cooked in many kitchens since, I still carry those early lessons with me every day.

After pursuing formal culinary education at the top culinary school in the United States and graduating with a 4.2 GPA, I was blessed with an incredible opportunity working with the Texas Rangers MLB team. For three thrilling seasons, including playoff runs, I provided private dining services for players and staff and guess who attended the games as well as the suit holders. Feeding professional athletes at the highest level challenged and sharpened my culinary craft. More importantly, it gave me the honor of serving others in a way that brought people together through food during unforgettable moments.

Out of these experiences and guided by My Pastor and lots of prayer F.A.M. (Food As Medicine), a vision rooted in the belief that food is more than sustenance. Food can heal, inspire, and connect us. At F.A.M., we specialize in gourmet cuisine full of flavor, love, and intention. We use organic proteins, wholesome ingredients, and carefully chosen seasonings to create meals that delight the palate and nourish the body.

My favorite style of cooking is the French tradition, which emphasizes technique, elegance, and respect for ingredients. I infuse this classical foundation with creativity and personal touches, bringing fine dining elegance into any setting whether it’s an intimate private dinner or a grand celebration.

Through F.A.M., my mission is to share God’s love at every table, one plate at a time. Each dish is a reflection of my journey rooted in family, enriched by experience, and guided by prayer . My prayer is that every client not only tastes great food but also feels cared for, uplifted, and reminded of the joy that comes from gathering together in love.
